I care deeply about people, purpose, and building things that last. For over a decade, I’ve helped organizations create workplaces that are inclusive, people-centered, and built for the long haul.

As a Partner at Inclusion Geeks, I lead strategy, operations, and tech, supporting companies through change and helping them design cultures where people actually want to work. I’m especially focused on making leadership more human, systems more equitable, and day-to-day work more connected and sustainable.

Outside of Inclusion Geeks, I serve on the board of She Should Run, an organization igniting women’s leadership in communities across the country, and I volunteer at the San Diego Zoo, where conservation, curiosity, and community intersect in important, powerful ways.

At the heart of everything I do: I believe in the power of small shifts to create lasting change. I’m here to collaborate, build, and imagine a better future in community with others.
