In this workshop we’ll cover the steps required to internally approve closing your business, actually closing it with state and federal offices, and some of the administrative steps that follow. The steps and process will differ based on type of business and whether you have co-owners, debt, assets, among other things. Filing fees usually aren’t high, but the process can be relatively frustrating, so come learn how to do it correctly!
