Join BFG for the first installment of our FREE Business Basics workshop series: Legal 101!

This three-part series is designed to help new entrepreneurs and business owners understand exactly what they need to start (and maintain) a successful business by covering their bases in three crucial areas: Legal, Websites, and Bookkeeping. 

Each two-hour workshop is facilitated by a BFG member business owner who is an expert in their field. Special bonus: Each workshop facilitator will offer follow-up "office hours" to SEED entrepreneurs so they can ask questions about their specific business needs.

The Legal 101 Workshop is hosted by Sam Mazzeo, owner and founder of Better APC. Participants will learn the legal basics of what they need to properly set up, operate, and protect their business, including:

• Setting up your business entity (sole proprietorship, LLC, S-Corp, etc.)
• Contracts
• Insurance
• Protecting your brand (intellectual property)
