I bring order and harmony to the chaos of a small business. I love helping people be more efficient and organized, and I highly value time and energy. I work with executives and technical founders to help declutter, prioritize, and achieve their goals. Think of me as your accountability partner to provide clarity and focus. My experience as a generalist covers many broad areas of business – when you need technical specialists, I have a vetted network of trusted referrals.
It can feel isolating at times being a founder or leader; I offer support as a neutral sounding-board to flesh out ideas and solve problems. Clients have provided feedback that they feel motivated and energized working with me and having a trusted confidant instills confidence in their decisions. Business partners have described me as versatile, spontaneous, optimistic, playful and practical. I love connecting with people and working with small businesses, technical founders, intrapreneurs, and founders. I’m always happy to help people however works best. I will meet you where you’re at.
A little bit more about me: I grew up in rural Missouri and am fortunate to call San Diego home. I love dogs and I foster them through The Animal Pad (where I adopted my pup, Roxy) -- my goal is to have a space and yard to foster rescue pups. Also, comedy – who doesn’t love to laugh! I did improv for about three years and want to get into sketch comedy someday! Travel and food are also near and dear to my heart (and stomach), but I am just as happy staying home with a pepperoni pizza.
