In this workshop we’ll cover the foundational documents you need in your Estate Plan and why the documents are important. Most people know about a Will, but might not know about the Pour Over Will and the Revocable Living Trust. Some people may know about Probate, but don’t know why you want to avoid Probate. Come learn about all of the above so you can start preparing your Estate Plan to ensure your family is set up when you pass.
